In November we were told since we were loyal customers and paid our statements on time since we had the card we would get *.**% on all purchases till July *, ****, instead of *%. I asked if that was for our cash rewards, and was told yes. My current statement still shows *%. I was on the telephone approximately ** minutes today, I asked four different agents to talk with a manager and never got one. We just got cut off. This is unacceptable since we are loyal customers.
