I was trying Chegg through a free trial via my school and did not realize this only lasted a month. I just got charged last night for another month of Chegg. Can I get a refund for this charge? I've only used Chegg once during my free trial month and have not used my free tutor hours--I am not satisfied with the website material as it does not cover the material in which I need it to so I do not wish to pay this $** to not use the website for another month.
