I got a message saying there are multiple users on my account. I am for sure the only one using this account. I have several textbooks for my electronics class and therefore have to bounce around between books while studying. It says it will take * days to review my account. That will take up *** of my subscription that I am paying for. I am frustrated because I paid for this subscription for help with my classes and now I have been locked out. If you could help speed up this process or give me an extra week added on it would be appreciated.
GetHuman-hoskid did not yet indicate what Chegg should do to make this right.
