I’ve been calling for at least the last *-* months and I’ve been canceling my subscription. However, I continue to get charged every month for a service I have never used. I am really upset about it and when I try to cancel it online it doesn’t even show a subscription to my account. I have lost too much money to this service and I’m highly disappointed and unsatisfied.
GetHuman-graycar did not yet indicate what Chegg should do to make this right.
