I was simply babysitting with my sister. When I first registered, it would of been nice if there was a company option but there wasn’t one, so why is my account terminated, I lose all my contacts and reviews, when it wasn’t an option in the first place. ... Hi, my name is Gabby Siekmann and I was a caregiver through care.com. My membership was terminated for babysitting with my sister and I was in the middle of communication with quite a few possible families. I have been babysitting * different families through care.com and still am as of today. Every family I have met with I am currently watching their child*children. I have been talking with quite a few others as well but can’t now considering my account was suspended. Every family I have met loves that we worked together and I don’t see why my account was suspended for that. I lost all my reviews conversations with families. Is there a way that you can connect my reviews to my new “company” account considering we are the same people as before just care.com decided to delete everything. I also want to know if there a way you can give me the contacts or jobs that I was conversing with originally. Each family knew we were a pair and had no problem with it. I’m sorry but everything is lost now that we have worked for. Hope you can help me out a little. I tried registering as a “company” like the email said I should and it doesn’t give me an option. How can I do this after you delete my account when it’s not an option.
Someone could of simply made a company option at the beginning of signing up to the website and we would of gladly clicked it, but there wasn’t one. I would like my account reopened. After my account was terminated I dug around and finally found a way to do a company and tried signing up as a company, but we aren’t a company. We don’t have a business, we are just two sister babysitting. I don’t see a problem with that when no other parents do.
Please reopen my account, we aren’t a company we are sisters babysitting. Not once does it say we can’t do it together or we had to register as a company. I lost a lot with this termination and I want it solved.
I didn’t have one bad review. I am still babysitting every family I ever interviewed with. I had over * families lined up to work and they are all gone because of this termination.
I tried signing up as a company but it’s askig for business information and we aren’t a business.
