Your company drafted $***.** off of my card account which was not supposed to have happened I had cancelled my current reservation and upgraded it two two days instead of one and I was still charged for the one-day reservation after the representative from the resort said that it was handled and I also received the email showing where it had been upgraded from one day to two days and she said everything was in order and then this morning when it comes to the money being drafted off the card..they drafted for $***.** and also $***.** which isn't right... Only the $***.** was supposed to have been drafted... So I need that amount of $***.** put back on my card immediately.
