Booking ref No BDC-***********When we arrived at the hotel,the rooms were not up to an executive standard, and dirty. We complained to the reception and they had nothing else to offer except a smaller room, which we declined. We declined the rooms as we did not feel they justified £*** for * nights. The bathroom was basically in a cupboard. So we would like the £*** back with you have taken from our account . It wasn’t that we didn’t turn up,it was we were not happy with the rooms .please note that the quality of their rooms are not up to a standard that Booking.com would want to advertise. We are not snobs but the room was filthy.**Kind regards*Peter George
