Help with my Booking.com issue

Booking.com has not credited my credit card or my friends's as well for booking many months ago. Have called many times and nothing done. Memo was also sent and nothing. Word was given it would be in by August *th., but nothing. You leave me no choice as I will now contact the communications authority. You certainly have shown your unprofessional behavior. Was confirmation * ****.***.*** and the pin code was ****. Last time ever given.
GetHuman-franksel did not yet indicate what Booking.com should do to make this right.
