Order BBY**-************.*Earpods product *MMTN*AM*A, were recommended with HP laptop purchased **-**-****. *These earpods are not usable with this laptop and it was false advertising. *I contacted customer service and they were going to email me return label, the only problem is I have nothing to ship them back in. Person on phone sent me over to a supervisor, who suggested I have someone drive ** miles each way to return a $**.** item. *She offered a $* Best buy gift card in return. She said I could use that to buy packaging, from what Best Buy? What a scam.*I need some type of packaging to mail this in back to Best Buy, all I have are white *** envelopes. *I have no packing material! *When I asked Supervisor to trsf me to her boss, she told me there was no one for me to talk to and hung up on me when I told her I did not believe her.*So now I'm stuck with a product I can't used because web site stated that the Earpods were recommended for the laptop I ordered.*I need packaging to return these in or my credit card reimbursed for the $**.** plus NYS tax.*The customer service supervisor was not helpful and was inflexible in what she could do for me.*I am not going to get stuck with the cost of these earpods that I can't use. *Kevin Schmitt****-***-****
