We had a most exceptional sales rep last night - Jesus Juarez - Best But West El Paso Store - he had his hand full with two sim cards being delivered with my IPhone **pro and Verizon claiming that I had post dated my activation for ********* - he was persistent on the phone with Verizon and most patient with us as we resolved the issue that took over an hour and a half to activate the phone. He is an exceptional employee of your company and we would highly recommend him and Best Buy others. Verizon made many false claims regarding our on-line purchase the pervious evening and we are so thankful to have an service rep like Jesus to assist us to resolve these problems.
