Wanted replacement--now just want OUT!! ... I received a **" Samsung tv on Nov. **th from Best Buy. I had to wait for assistance in setting it up. The television was not dropped nor in any way mishandled at my home. When connected, the tv had colorful vertical lines on the left side and a pattern on the right I can only describe as similar to a sand drawing--smeared and dark. We hooked the old tv up again to be sure the cabling was correct and the issue was in the new tv. Old one worked fine. I contacted customer service. First time, we were cutoff* second time, the lady said (*st), I'll send you a UPS return label, and you can take it to... Not into that. You said free shipping. Don't want to haul this around because you sent a defective tv. Then, she said UPS would contact me, and there were no other available tv's of that kind. Online it says there are. I think what's fair is that you pick up the broken tv and replace it with a new one that works, no additional cost nor hassle for me. Should have been this way the first time. Changed my mind. After being told there would be a * minute wait, I've waited over a half hour. Probably end up with another overseas rep anyway. PASS!
Let me know when my credit card will be credited back in and when you'll pick this up. Leave a message. I've got other things to do than wait for you all day!!

At one point, the rep sent me a return label. Then she said not to use it. ** I intend to use it and send the broken set back to Kentucky. So, * conversations and waiting to speak to a third rep all day, and it’s the supposed mistake that fixes this. Crazy! Just hope I find my money returned. Will never do business with them again.
