Good day, i purchased a samsung open box smartwatch in best buy new orleans last December * as a present for this December ** and when i gave it to my boyfriend the watch is not opening or not even charging. Im working in a cruise ship and i have my duty so i wasnt able to go out and bring it back to the store, i have read the policy in returns for this kind of items, and the next date that my ship will be in new orleans will be on december **. And i want to replace it with the same product and a the brand new one just to make sure that there will be no defects for the second time. Is its still possible to change it?? because i really dont want to waste my money for a defect items. I hope you understand. Thank you
