I purchased an apple watch on ********** when I took it home I realized it would not charge properly, I brought it back into the store within the ** days and they would not let me take it back, they said I had to wait until they had more in the store to replace it. They were going to call me, and never did, it is now been over ** days when I call into the store they said it was out of stock and I could not replace the deffective apple watch, I never used it, and want my money back I feel I was scammed. I paid $***.** with everything. Please call me I went to Tualitan Oregon Best buy the customer number is ***************** my phone number is ***-***-**** I am ready to file a complaint with the better business bureau or hire an attorney, I am very frustrated with poor customer svc.
