I am writing to tell you about what happened to me! I chatted with Dan Hall on-line with Best Buy about buying * iPhone XRs and he told me with a new line I could get a BOGO deal. I have enclosed the chat transcript. The next day my daughter and two of my grandkids spent about four hours at the Best Buy purchasing four XR’s, cases, a Gizmo and a small TV. I was getting three upgrades and one new line (for my granddaughter). You can imagine my dismay when I was informed that Dan Hall was not truthful about the BOGO! I showed the Best Buy Verizon representative the chat and he thought it was very deceiving. My purpose for telling you about this is because I read your Code of Ethics on your website and I am pretty sure that it means you don’t agree with this bait and switch behavior on the part of Dan Hall.**Having to pay $*** each for four phones is a lot of money to me, being retired, and had I known ahead of time there was no BOGO I would have held off till there was a better deal but I believed what I was told and already told my grandchildren I was buying them so what could I do? **I would like a refund for the phone I should have gotten for free.
