I purchased a television from your store, which I am thinking of returning. Today, January *nd, I went to the store on Brant Street where I purchased my television. The reason for my visit, was to speak to the Geek Squad about having someone to set said TV up. After being told I was at the wrong Geek Squad area, made my way to the television area. Like so many stores today, terribly under staffed. After waiting ** minutes in the Geek Squad area, and might I add being ignored by staff, left the store. Is this how you run your business? Not all of us are tech savvy, and have no one close to us to assist installation. This email is putting you on notice that if there is no response, will be returning my television. Thank you. I did not buy a big screen television, just a ** inch for my bedroom. Size does not mean better service in my opinion.
