Hi there,**I just want to express my disappointment in my local best buy with how a Christmas order was handled. **I recently ordered a remote car start system. When ordering online it said it was compatible with the car I was purchasing for. This was a Christmas present for my wife and was to be installed on December **th (* days before Christmas). My order number was* ORDER * BBY**-************ **On ******** I called to confirm that all of the parts were in. It took me approximately ** different phone calls and over an hour of wait time to get through to someone. On the call they told me they didn't have every part in yet but assured me they would by the install date. They said that there would be no issues and they would see me on *****.**On ******** I received a voicemail from the install technician that stated he didn't feel comfortable installing this device on any European cars. Not just my specific car but ANY European car. I attempted to call back and discuss the matter and see if there was potentially another product that they did feel comfortable installing. I called every day, hour on the hour at the number they gave me to call back from *****-*****. I got through ONE time on ***** and was told I'd receive a call back which I never did. From ***** in the afternoon until ***** I kept calling and not once did someone pick of the phone. I'm not sure how a business like car installations can be ran when the phone is literally never picked up. **On ***** I decided to cancel my order because I couldn't get through to anyone. I tried calling the regular store and asking them to grab one of the guys from the car section and was told that the two areas are not connected, there is a wall, but they would transfer me. Once again, no answer. **This is honestly the worst experience I have ever had at a retailer as this was meant to be a Christmas present and now I am stuck scrambling for a replacement with a week until Christmas. **I'm not looking for anything out of this other than to express my disappointment in a retailer that used to top my list. I hope that the Braintree, MA location is looked into and puts better methods in place to help their customers. Otherwise I don't see them staying in business much longer.**Thank you,**Jean Paul Faherty
