I have a brand new laptop computer right out of the box that keeps shutting down when you turn it on. Geek Squad said they found no problems with it. I have video and photos showing what happens very easily. **Now they want me to make a second Geek Squad appointment and appointment to pick up the item when it's done to see what they might have missed the first time. They told me they did every test possible to try to find the problem and they can't even find a problem. What do I do now? It's brand new out of the box and it's warrantied and I have no offer to exchange this or get my money back.
GetHuman-bydesign did not yet indicate what Best Buy should do to make this right.
