I obtained a loan for my [redacted] Ford Fusion from BMO Harris back in [redacted]. My account number is Acct#[redacted][redacted]. After approximately two years, BMO Harris transferred or sold the loan to CSC Logic Inc. Recently, my vehicle was in an accident, and my insurance company, State Farm, declared it totaled. When State Farm contacted BMO Harris for the payoff value, they issued the payoff check to BMO Harris instead of CSC Logic Inc. due to the loan transfer confusion. I am now trying to claim on my unused extended warranty, but the warranty company requires proof of payoff. Unfortunately, the delay is because I cannot demonstrate that the car was paid off since the check went to BMO Harris. Could you confirm if BMO Harris has forwarded the payoff check to CSC Logic Inc.? I urgently need a copy of the payoff letter and check to submit to my warranty company for reimbursement processing. BMO has updated their online access to a mobile version, but users are finding it less informative and more inconvenient compared to the older version. The new layout requires excessive scrolling and clicking to find desired information, especially on desktops and laptops. The previous version displayed more transaction details in a user-friendly manner, allowing easy printing of checks and individual transactions. Now only a limited number of transactions are shown at once on a half page, requiring additional clicks to view more details, like payee names. Users are missing the ability to print individual transaction records without revealing other payee information. A more efficient design with less scrolling and clicking, better grouping of information, and a simpler way to access details is needed for a positive user experience. BMO should consider testing with a diverse customer group to address issues before widespread implementation. Users are also concerned that feedback on the new system isn't readily available, questioning if the design was tested across different devices like laptops and iPhones.

Hello, I'm James L. I am reaching out about the recent disheartening experience my wife and I had with our BMO financial advisor, Samantha Owens. Despite a scheduled appointment a few weeks ago at our local branch, Samantha did not show up or inform us of her absence. After unsuccessfully attempting to reach her, I discovered she had either left or been let go without any communication to us. I contacted the Financial Adviser group and eventually was connected with another advisor, Steven Harrison, who appeared unprepared and mentioned it wasn't his usual area of work. Despite providing requested documents, he did not respond after a week, and when I followed up, he did not acknowledge them. Feeling neglected and unsatisfied with the service, I suggested a change, to which he mentioned consulting his Regional Manager, with no update since then. As loyal BMO customers, my wife and I are disappointed by the lack of communication and service. We are contemplating switching banks. Given our limited time in Chicago until September, we feel the urgency to address this promptly by speaking with the Regional Manager or another appropriate representative.

I easily opened an online account, followed instructions to send a check for a joint account deposit. After confirming the check's receipt, I tried setting up my online access and was transferred. I needed an account number but couldn't obtain it, as the person who supposedly set my online banking up said I'd receive two emails, which I never got. I checked all folders and waited a day but still no emails. I wish the customer service rep had given an idea of the timeframe. I looked in spam/trash folders too. Now I lack both an account number and online banking access, especially frustrating since there are no branches in Auburn, Alabama. The last CSR may benefit from additional training.

I regularly check my accounts online but have been facing challenges accessing my account. Currently, I am unable to log in as it keeps rejecting my SS number. I have tried using both Chrome and Firefox without a password manager. Calling for help hasn't been successful; the automated system asks for a number I don't have, making it impossible to proceed. I recently inherited a truck, along with the loan, from my deceased friend, Roger Wheelen, through account #[redacted]. The lawyer sent over the necessary paperwork to your probate office via fax eleven days ago. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, I have yet to receive any communication from Probate regarding the payoff amount needed to obtain the title for the truck. This situation is causing an unlawful deprivation of service for the vehicle. During my review, I discovered an account with BMO that seems to have been established by a single individual at the school without proper authorization from the church's Administrative Pastor. It appears there may have been fraudulent activity or mismanagement of funds related to this account, which I have confirmed is now closed. Despite my efforts, the individual who managed the account has been uncooperative, and the branch did not provide me with the necessary information for my audit. I visited Lake of the Torches Casino at 8:00 p.m. to check my debit card balance. The ATM there charges $4, and you add an additional three dollars, totaling seven dollars, just for using it. I decided to go to the Triple Valley Bank in Three Lakes, Wisconsin, and unfortunately, the ATM there displayed a message saying "ineligible funds" when I tried to withdraw money. This issue has occurred in the past, and I would be grateful if my card could be reinstated to avoid having to drive all the way to Woodruff again.

In [redacted], I purchased a car and financed it through M & I Dealer Finance INC, which has been acquired by BMO. I am looking to upgrade to a handicapped vehicle for my wife, who has Parkinson's disease and uses a wheelchair for mobility. The issue I am facing is that the title for the [redacted] Dodge still shows a lien from M&I Dealer Finance INC that appears to be active. I am unable to locate the paid-off letter indicating that the loan has been settled. I am wondering if the records from M&I may have been transferred during BMO's acquisition of the company. I am a long-time customer of Bank of the West, with a savings account connected to my checking for over 30 years. I recently received a letter about a new account number but couldn't easily read the small print. It's unclear if my current ATM card will still work. I've tried calling multiple times but can't reach a live person without setting up a code, which I prefer not to do. I simply want to know if I need a new card or can keep using the old one.
