James Lomonaco here. We had been working with a BMO finacial advisor named Samantha Owens. Our most recent appt was to have been a few wks ago at our local branch. She never showed up and never called. Tried to contact her various ways with no response. When neither she, nor anyone else from BMO, contacted us, I tried tracking her down. It turns out that she was either fired or quit. Again, no one tried to contact us. I managed to call the Fin Adv grp and after a lot of confusion, was finally connected with another F A, Steven Harrison, who made an appt with us, and he did show up. But he was ill-prepared and not much help. It was obvious that BMO had dumped us on him, as he said that this wasn't his territory. I sent him some docs that he requested, but after a wk with no response, I called him. He never acknowledged them. I told him that maybe we needed to make a change. He said he would see what his Regional manager would have to say. Have not heard back from him yet. *We are long time BMO customers and feel that we have been treated most poorly. Could it be time to look for another bank?*I really want to talk with his Regional manner or someone higher to get going on this. We are only in Chicago thru Sep, so it has to be done soon!
