I would like to make a complaint. *My order was supposed to be signed for and as I was at work my Nan had to stay in for it to be delivered correctly. I did NOT give any info about a safe place I wanted it to be signed for and delivered. However I then got a message saying it had been left in my “safe place” which I had not given and a card had been put through the door to let me know where it was. When I came home ** hours later after work there was never any card or info through the door about my parcel and my Nan had no idea it had been sitting outside on the driveway the whole day. I find this unacceptable.
GetHuman-x_saz did not yet indicate what Asos should do to make this right.
