Thanks for reaching out to us. I am sorry to say that your order is going to be returned to ASOS as it can't ship from our facility. Your order has items in it or had items which were classified as non-permissible for shipping. This parcel containing item ASOS DESIGN hoop earrings in **mm fine wire design in rose gold is categorized as banned item in *Switzerland . Right now there isn’t much we can do for you as we can't stop the returns process once it has begun. You can reach out to ASOS and work with them for a refund.
