Hi I sent my return back in two packages (one was a Klarna order, another was an order I have paid for) but there seems to be a mix up and one of my Klarna items may be in the package that I have paid for. Can this be rectified and taken off my Klarna account? The Klarna order number is *********, and the paid order is *********. Either the pair of trousers that is missing from the Klarna bag is in the other paid for bag, or the trousers haven’t been scanned at the Asos end. I really don’t want to pay £** for trousers that I do not have! **Thanks **Beth
