I have just received my order with half of it missing! The driver knocked my door at *.**pm my slot was booked for *-**pm I asked him about my missing items, he knew nothing about it and told me the items can be delivered tomorrow and just left. I called ASDA Customer service was put through to some Asian country with a very patronising woman. She told me that they firstly couldn’t re-delivered the food then changed her mind and said they would deliver it tomorrow but couldn’t give me a time, which I replied that wasn’t good enough as I would be at work all day and this was not my error but Asda’s! She advised me that I would be refunded for the item instead it I wouldn’t receive this refund for another ** hours! But that I was to go back online and give the company that messed up my order more money to place the order again and wait in for for *hours again I feel like I have been punished for Asda’s errors! Customer service was terrible and I expected more for ASDA! Very very disappointed customer
