You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.

A replacement order that I had requested back in November was canceled the next day .*I figured everything was good . This month my card was charged for that replacement. I think someone has made a mistake because I never received the replacement item. Didn’t think any thing about because it was never received on my end .It was a gift . Please refund my card ASAP . I am not very happy about this because I have purchased a lot from you.
