They have suspended my account as I have made too many attempts to access it.*I got one letter wrong in my password (one lower case instead of it being uppercase).*I tried the "forgot password" part and they sent a OTP to my email address. They then insisted that I provide a cell*mobile number were they repeated to OTP with one of those "are you human" things with hidden numbers and squiggles to my old non smart mobile phone. This asks me to copy this into a box on my computer.*All i want is to speak to some human being in that giant monolith which wants to rule the world. By phone, text, email or chat line. I would accept pigeon post as a last resort.
