Hands down Amazon has the worst password reset option available. They want me to contact them but the number advertised on their website isn't working. I want to update my new mobile number with them but the process is way too hectic. Also, I ordered a new headphone, for which I was charged, got an email confirmation but now I am not able to see it on my orders.
