This is the third time that I have tried to resolve this issue and have been told the past two times that it was fixed. I need to cancel my old Amazon Prime account: Joyce.P*****@***.com . I should just have this account: *****@***.com. I was told last time that it was fixed and that I would receive a refund for one charge. I just got my discover bill and there are two charges for Prime on the bill. *One is August * and one is August *. Please cancel the old account--I will have paid for double for * months when I pay this Discover bill. Thanks for any help.*Joyce Pierce
