You wonderfully sent us a new chair within one day. We thought there would be a UPS label with it to return the damaged chair, but there wasn't. How do we get the label?

Got onto online chat and the person I worked with took care of it all. Very nice. We just needed the UPS return label to make the exchange. Our item was a chair, so pretty big and bulky. The online chat person set up a UPS pickup for us.
