I just ordered * items from Amazon but when I went to checkout I was given an option to "Switch my Account", and I had no idea what you were talking about. There was another option but I can't remember what it was at the moment. I clicked on one of the options and you asked me to sign in. I entered my PW (since ****) but you stated that my PW was incorrect, I doubt that's the case. After several attempts to sign in I chose "forgot my PW". You e-mailed me a *-time pw ******* but when I tried to use it, again I was told my PW was incorrect. I finally found a phone number for customer service but when I dialed I was told you were not taking calls!! I had just ordered * items. Can you please advise me on how I can check out???
