Why was my payment method changed without permission or notification.? Where are my orders? I joined Amazon prime to speed up my orders. Are you taking advantage Senior citizen.? I am very disappointed ... Number one my order was billed to a different credit card number without any notification to me until I check to see the status of my order how can you do that issue number two I have a $** Amazon gift card given to me for Mother’s Day I cannot find it number three why is it taking so long to get a couple of orders number four I joined Amazon prime to have delivery faster yet it is not
I order online often and recently it took nearly * months to get an order of something very simple.
My $** gift certificate was given to me for a Mother’s Day gift it does not show up. I expect more from Amazon then a conventional BS online orders store. I would like to speak to a human being. That is extremely frustrating
Because I’m patient I am kind and I’ve ordered things from Amazon for a long time
You guys have a limited what I can do on my end because I can’t speak to someone.
