I just purchased a RENEWED (used) HP Pro **** printer for a total of ***.**. I contacted the seller twice back to back and the response was seller would get back to me in **-** hours. I called 'stat' to cancel the order. I found the exact printer*model BRAND NEW locally for ***.** resulting in a **.** savings. I believed the responded was purposely delayed and I got a message that the printer was shipped. I need to be refunded. The cancellation has being processed. STOP this order please. I have over *** orders with Amazon. Help me.
