Order* ***-*******-*******, was shipped on March **th of this year. After receiving my order, it turned out that the video board I had ordered, GeForce RTX **** TRI FROZR was defective. I returned the product, and received an acknowledgement from Amazon that I would be credited in the amount of*$***.**. I then received a credit in the amount of $***.**, along with a $***.***credit put back on my credit cards cash rewards program. That brings us to a total of $***.**, which, according to my math, is exactly $**.** shy of what should have been credited in totality.
