I ordered * Flex Fit hats (YP **** Flexfit wooly caps) on amazon.com (prime). The order went out to Active Freedom Act* *******. The package delivery was late getting to my house and had no merchandise inside. The USP envelope delivered to my mailbox was stamped "no contents inside" with an empty large dark grey envelope enclosed. I mailed it back via ups return mail service and have yet to hear anything from the company or amazon.

GetHuman-dscottfr did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.
