You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.
The issue in GetHuman-karenbac's own words
I was trying to set up an account so when my product(s) arrive I would be set up to sell. ... I am awaiting the arrival of *** t-shirts I picked out to sell on Amazon as my first experience with them. I wanted to get signed up to sell them when they arrive later this week* but being new to the systems on amazon I've already been charged $**.** and do not even have a product listed on Amazon yet.
I didn't have the product ready yet and wasn't thinking I would be charged $**.** until they had my product at their warehouse destination.
I want my account credited for when they actually have my product to list at the month's end. I do not want to pay for storage when I haven't sent a product yet.
Because people ALWAYS compliment my clothes and I am picking out beautiful shirts, sweaters, hoodies to resll on Amazon (depending on the weather) and would hope they like the products I choose.
This is the first time I found a way to contact Amazon and it was very frustrating when I had no way to contact them and needed answers.
