*)My order (no. ****-*******-*******) was despatched on ** July * to be delivered to an Amazon locker but I have not received a collection number so I am not able to go and get it. **) I have today received a Samsung Portable SSD T* item via the post which I have not ordered (***-*******-*******).**) I have been locked out of my Amazon account and have selected 'forgotten password' but have not received the emails they say they have sent me. **I have no idea what is going on with this and would really appreciate your help.
