Our issue is a stream of parcels delivered to our address, to a person we have never seen or even heard of. We returned the first to the UPS* they notified you. We returned the second ones to FedEx* they informed you. I responded to you by phone, explaining it all again, and followed up with a letter.*Another package has just come. We are getting someone else's packages* they are not being charged to us. The rightful owner must be complaining.*We are not part of your delivery service so are not happy about having to return them to the shipping companies.*Here are the details: They come addressed to *Leni Gammie***** Amblewood Drive*Victoria BC V*Y*S**Canada*Billing phone:********************That is OUR address and OUR phone number. We know absolutely nothing of anyone by that name. *Fix this, please.
