Dear Amazon,**Firstly I would like to inform you that I had the most worst experience I've ever had in my life on your website. :(**My amazon.com account has been hacked twice. **I'm a valuable customer since November ******I NEED SOMEONE VERY PROFESSIONAL TO HELP ME. ***What happened is: ***- The hacker hacked my amazon account and my Gmail also!!! (*****@***.com)****- He added his Mastercard ending by **** on my account without my knowledge while he is hacking my account. ***- The hacker opened my account from his device, so you thought that my account was related to his closed accounts, UNDERSTANDING? ***- The account specialist team closed my account as I requested them by phone and reported my account to make sure that he won't be able to use my $***.** gift card balance. ***- HE ACCESSED MY ACCOUNT ON JANUARY ** **** WHILE ITS ON HOLD (I DON'T KNOW HOW HE HACKED YOUR SYSTEM) AND THEN HE CHANGED THE EMAIL ADDRESS ON MY ACCOUNT. ***- I have contacted the customer service and Jeff Bezos team and they resolved my issue on JANUARY ** ****.***- The account specialist team understood the full situation and then restored my email back and asked me to change my password and I'll be able to sign in to my account and place orders. ****- On JANUARY ** after * hours from that email I've successfully changed my password but I'm still unable to sign in to my account yet!!!!! ***- I've contacted the customer service by phone a lot of times but they always asking me for some informations and someone from the specialist team will get back to me after ** hours, but I always get an automated response from the specialist team that my account has been closed, BECAUSE THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND THE SITUATION. ****- THE HACKER ALSO HACKED MY GMAIL (*****@***.com).****************************I need your help to: ***- Help me to change my amazon account password (*****@***.com).***- Reinstate my amazon account. ***- Change the email address on the account from the old one (*****@***.com) BECAUSE IT HAS BEEN HACKED ALSO, to this new one (*****@***.com)***- PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT HE DIDN'T USE MY $***.** GIFT CARD BALANCE. ***- Make sure that my account is more secure than before. ***PLEASE DON'T FORGET TO REMOVE THE HACKER'S CREDIT CARD ENDING BY ** FROM MY ACCOUNT. **Now you should understand the situation and try your to do:**PLEASE NOTE THAT I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING WRONG ON YOUR WEBSITE, AND I NEED MY ACCOUNT TO BE BACKED TO ME BECAUSE I NEED TO SPEND AROUND $*,***.** MONTHLY. ***- Get my amazon account back to me again by changing the email on the account from the hacked email (*****@***.com), to my new email (*****@***.com).****- Please make sure to make my account more secure than before. ***- Remove that Mastercard from my account. ***- Please make sure that he didn't spend*use my $***.** gift card balance. ****- Restore my access to my account again as I informed you about the full situation and the misunderstood that happened. ***- Change my amazon.com account password. *********************** **My account informations: **My amazon account is : (*****@***.com) and you should change it to my new email (*****@***.com)***Name : Amber Vanhamme ***Address : **** PARK AVE S NEW YORK ****NEW YORK, NY *****-*****United States****I DON'T WANT TO SHARE MY BAD EXPERIENCE ON SOCIAL MEDIA BECAUSE I KNOW THAT YOU'LL DO YOUR BEST TO UNDERSTAND AND HELP ME TO GET MY HACKED ACCOUNT BACK.***Now I've confirmed all my account details so you be able to take an action.
