The issue in GetHuman-mcmesq's own words
I ordered * exterior shades (order * ***-*******-*******) in *' x *' and * shade in *' x *' (order * ***-*******-*******). The order for * was completed but not shipped by the seller because of a "damage" issue. I replied: "all * damaged????. I'll wait for replacements" The seller then cancelled the sale. Next I see that Amazon is selling the same shades but almost TWICE as expensive. I don't think this is right. We had an agreement and you still have the product and I still want them. You should fulfill the order at the original agreed price. If you won't fix it I don't want the one shade that was delivered.

GetHuman-mcmesq did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.
