I was informed that my order would arrive early - great! Can't ask for more than that. Well, then it didn't arrive early. As of today, it also hasn't arrived on time. Tracking between Amazon and UPS web sites tell two different stories. I do not pay for Prime to be left in the dark as to why Amazon has my money, yet I still don't have my order with no actual explanation as to why. This kind of things is happening more and more frequently and I'm starting to get a little tired of it. Did it get damaged in shipping? Fine, just tell me. Did a delivery driver quit and leave his truck on the side of the road? Whatever, just let me know. I do understand that delays can happen. Lie to me about the real reason if you have to. But anything - *anything* - is better than "Sorry your package is late, if you don't have it by two days after the promised delivery date, let us know." No, thank you very much, I'm letting you know *right now*.
GetHuman-antisuba did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.
