my account was hacked and my email address and password were changed without my knowledge. everytime i clicked on anything to help, your site tells me my email is invalid. my email is *****@***.com. my mailing address is **** E Palmaire Phx *az ***** William Parks or Gael Parks it has been changed to *****@***.com with a zip code of *****. i was able to cancel the credit card you have on file and have changed the zip code back to mine but i am unable to do anything else. i cannot use kindle or my amazon prime or anything.
