The issue in GetHuman-mathlobo's own words
ordered cell phone, daughter bought me a phone before cell phone arrived. when phone and sim card and case arrived, i didn't open and went on computer to do a return. found out that i won't get full price back. will cost me **.** to return these * items. i made a call today to customer service and mark said i won't be charged and emailed me return labels. i then found out that i am going to be charged, but this time, **.** cents. i'm not happy with this lie. i'm a prime member, and feel i should be able to this return without cost.
