On nov ** **** placed order for ZOSI security cameras order ****-*******-******* direct ship from ZOSI Direct. After a while in service one camera flipped the picture *** degrees *up side down*. Contacted ZOSI support for assistance with problem on *-*-** and have been back and forth with support and have sent all information requested. Said they would replace camera. Received e mail *-**-** telling me to ship camera to their service warehouse and send pictures to them of ship label with info. I guess they want me to pay shipping and send without return authorization number and after conformation they would ship camera. This is not Amazons fault but could use your help and if needed I would send all emails on this to you. Thank you Francis M Sees
