Hi,**I'm an amazon customer and my account was put on hold until I provide my billing statement as a verification. **I am using a GCash and they have Virtual Pay(AMEX Virtual Card). I used their Virtual Pay to pay my order at Amazon. When I contacted GCash asking for a Billing statement for my AMEX Virtual Pay*Card, they said that they do not provide any billing statement. What they can provide is the Reference * of my latest transaction using my AMEX Virtual Card and that's the only thing I can provide.**I am in the middle of nowhere right now. Can you please help me? I've been dealing with this headache since the *th of January. I would really appreciate if you guys can help me so that I can start my order and my account back.
