I CANNOT CREATE A NEW * ACCOUNT, AS SAME ( AND ONLY)* NUMBER IS ALREADY ASSOCIATED * WITH AN EXISTING ACCOUNT. **HOW DO I LOGIN WHEN NOT GIVEN OPTION OF RESETTING FORGOTTEN PASSWORD OR CREATING A NEW ACCOUNT TO BYPASS MY FORGOTTEN PASSWORD THAT I AM NOT AUTHORIZED TO RESET DUE TO AN ACTIVE ACCOUNT WITH AN EXISTING* UNRECOGNIZED CELL NUMBER, WHICH MUST BE USED TO RESET, AS I'VE FORGOTTEN SAID PASSWORD TO MY ACCOUNT!???
