order ORDER * ***-*******-*******. Before purchasing my product (Sunny Days Entertainment Elite Force Humvee Vehicle Toy), Amazon stated I would get *-day business delivery. I placed the order on *******. After I paid on-line, Amazon changed the delivery to ******** --- * business days instead of the * business days that was promised. Why did Amazon promise *- business day delivery with my Prime account and then immediately change it to * business day delivery? I am requesting that Amazon expedite shipping of my product at no additional charge to me to honor the *-day shipping that was promised at the time of purchase.
