*) I noticed that my prime membership billing has been changed to a monthly payment. it was previously a yearly charge. How long have I been billed monthly? Diffucult to track it but I do see a November charge on my visa bill. I want to be charged yearly. I know how to change to yearly option on website but I want to know when it was changed to monthly when I did not authorize that.
