Good afternoon, *I have made an account with Amazon Prime. Unfortunately I have tried to log in to my account and I have failed to do so. My partner contacted amazon regarding this matter before and they said that there is no account under e-mail - *****@***.com. Payment for the membership of £*.** have been taken from the account ending ****. Could you advise me of how can I get into my amazon prime account or if I can't do that can I cancel my membership? If you need any extra information to confirm that it is me , please send them to me.
