I had order several items last week, some of which were due * days back. I talked to about *-* agents in last * days, they haven't been responsive and keep telling that order would be delivered next day. *I have a flight to catch in some time and I don't have any of my items. Some of the agent say it is lost in transit, some say it is on hold. I am not sure what is going on?**I thought Amazon valued Customer Service, more than anything.
