Password trouble for weeks now. I can get in with * step verification, but not using a password.I have tried multiple times over the last few weeks. Every time I get on the phone with one of your reps, they email me the password reset link. I save the new password in a desktop text file. I put in the password and it says "success", but then, I can't log in, I'm going out of my mind. Amazon will lose a Prime customer if you can't resolve this.*Please help
