My order * ***-*******-******* dated *-Nov-**** delivered on**-Nov-****. I processed for return on the same date. *th Nov time slot *a.m. to *p.m. was fixed for pickup. One parcel has been picked up on scheduled date but the *nd parcel has yet not been picked up by now. How long I can weight? It's my responsibility to be present at the given time but I can't keep on waiting indefinitely. Pickup track status is also not giving any definite indication.
GetHuman-neerjagu did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.
