I have been trying now for more than * hours to contact Amazon. I first was concerned when I received a package from Amazon that had not ordered. I first attempted to check my account. I could not automatically log in and were to send packages had been changed. I immediately attempted to call amazon. Good luck with that! Busy!! I then wrote to customer service with an email account that was not the one I use for my Amazon account. Big mistake, I was the one who looked guilty. I then checked the email account associated with my Amazon account and noted that on *****. someone changed had changed my account: See email:*Thanks for visiting Amazon.com! Per your request, we have changed the e-mail address associated with your account*The e-mail address associated with your account has been changed. The old address was *****@***.com. The new address is *****@***.com.*Visit Your Account at Amazon.com to view your orders, make changes to any order that hasn't yet entered the shipping process, update your subscriptions, and much more.*Should you need to contact us for any reason, please know that we can give out order information only to the name and e-mail address associated with your account.* The difficulties that I have encountered trying to contact Amazon is almost as concerning as this security breach.
